College policies on race revisited

The U. S. Supreme Court says it will hear a higher education affirmative action case that could reverse a 2003 ruling that public colleges and universities could not artificially increase minority enrollment. The action has a UGA angle. Articles appear in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and the Los Angeles Times.
