Hodgson School of Music to offer free mini-concerts Oct. 23

Athens, Ga. – The University of Georgia Hugh Hodgson School of Music is offering a series of free mini-concerts and tours, Oct. 23 from 9:30 to 11:45 a.m. in Edge Hall in the music school.

The concerts, which are open to the public, coincide with the university’s fall 2010 Parents and Families weekend.

“This is a wonderful opportunity to hear our very talented students and to learn more about the School of Music,” said Dale Monson, who directs the Hodgson School, part of the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences. “Everyone is welcome.”

Parking is available free of charge in the Performing Arts Center Deck (E20) off River Road. A complete schedule of events is below:
