Jeff Humphreys, director of UGA's Selig Center for Economic Growth, is quoted in several weekend articles regarding the announcement of Caterpillar coming to the Athens area. "The facility will have an economic impact of $1.4 billion, with $33 million in annual state and local revenue," said Humphreys in the AJC.
