Athens, Ga. – The University of Georgia Performing Arts Center will present the next concert in the Saturday Morning Club series on April 26 at 10 a.m. in Hodgson Concert Hall. The concert will feature the UGA Hodgson Singers and Friends under the direction of Daniel Bara.
The concerts are designed for children ages 4-12 and showcase performers from UGA’s Hugh Hodgson School of Music. The Performing Arts Center launched the Saturday Morning Club in October as a way to give young audiences an inside look at what it takes to create music.
“These fun concerts are a great activity for the whole family to share, and I encourage parents and grandparents to come with their children,” said George C. Foreman, director of the Performing Arts Center.
