Carol A. Watson, the associate director for information technology at the School of Law, was elected vice president/president elect of the Southeastern chapter of the American Association of Law Libraries.
She will take office at the annual meeting April 22-24 in Williamsburg, Va., and serve a two-year term. She will be responsible for planning the educational programs at the 2011 annual meeting.
