The Office of Institutional Research claimed two awards at the Southern Association for Institutional Research conference held Oct. 7–9 in Little Rock, Ark. OIR took the award for the best IR Web site (www.uga.edu/oir) and placed third in the printed Fact Book competition.
The OIR’s central mission is the collection, organization and analysis of institutional and other data to support institutional management, operations, decision-making and planning functions.
The Southern Association for Institutional Research is an organization dedicated to the advancement of research leading to improved understanding, planning, and operation of institutions of post-secondary education.
