UGA president to present 2013 State of the University Address

Athens, Ga. – University of Georgia President Michael F. Adams will deliver the annual State of the University speech on Jan. 24 at 3:30 p.m. in the UGA Chapel. The event is free and open to the public. This year’s speech, the 16th and final of Adams’ tenure, will focus on areas of progress since he was named president in 1997 as well as issues that are important to UGA’s continued strength.

The speech will be broadcast live on channel 15 of the university and Charter cable systems and streamed live at www.uga.edu.
