Willie Banks Jr., associate dean of students for the department of intercultural affairs, has been elected to the board of trustees of the Association of College Unions International. Banks, who will serve in an at-large post, will take office in February at the association’s annual conference in Chicago.
ACUI is an organization of more than 600 college and university student unions with a membership of 5,100 administrators, faculty and students. The board of trustees is elected by the ACUI membership and is responsible for the strategic and fiduciary direction of the association.
