The Franklin College Writing Intensive Program is looking for proposals from Arts and Sciences faculty for new courses that encourage writing.
The program, which aims to enhance undergraduate education by emphasizing writing, selects about 45 writing-intensive courses each year. Faculty teaching these will be supported by a trained teaching assistant.
The deadline to submit a course proposal is Feb. 28. More information, proposal forms and guidelines are online at www.wip.uga.edu. Any questions can be directed to Michelle Ballif, WIP director, at email@example.com.
