UGA College of Veterinary Medicine to host 48th annual Veterinary Conference and Alumni Weekend

Athens, Ga. – The University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine will host its 48th annual Veterinary Conference and Alumni Weekend on March 25-26 at the Classic Center in Athens. All UGA CVM alumni, as well as any veterinarians interested in receiving continuing education credits, are invited to attend. In addition, honors will be awarded to distinguished alumni who have led accomplished careers in veterinary medicine.

This year’s conference features a course on “Contract and tort law issues for veterinarians,” which earns two CE hours toward the Georgia Laws, Rules and Professionalism requirement.That course is offered on Saturday afternoon and is included in the cost of the two-day or Saturday-only conference registration.Registration for this session only is $40.

The eighth annual Georgia Veterinary Technician and Assistant AssociationContinuing Education Conference will be held on March 26 at the Classic Center.
