The Cabinet approved the 2015 holiday calendar at its Sept. 27 meeting.
Once again, 12 paid holidays were approved. The university will be closed in observance of New Year’s Day (Jan. 1), Martin Luther King Jr. Day (Jan. 21), Memorial Day (March 27), Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day (Sept. 2) and Thanksgiving (Nov. 28-29). In addition, the Christmas holiday will be observed from Dec. 25 through Dec. 31.
