David P. Landau, Distinguished Research Professor of Physics and director of the Center for Simulational Physics, presented the opening invited lecture at the Princeton Theory Center’s Symposium on Complex Energy Landscapes and Long Time Dynamics in November. His presentation, “Monte Carlo Simulations of Systems with Complex Energy Landscapes: At the Intersection of Physics and Biochemistry,” described a collaboration between UGA’s Center for Simulational Physics and the Institute of Bioinformatics.
