Executive forum on “Identifying Enterprise Transformation Initiatives”

Athens, Ga. – Enterprise transformation is the subject of a senior executive forum that the University of Georgia Terry College of Business is hosting March 3-5 in Atlanta.

The forum, which is titled “Identifying and Executing Enterprise Transformation Initiatives,” will take place at the Terry Executive Education Center and is one of 19 new executive programs being launched in 2009.

Terry’s Office of Executive Programs has partnered with Advanced Strategies, Inc. to teach the forum. It will be an intensive executive program, in which participants will brainstorm strategies for resolving the most frequent issues and challenges encountered when planning and executing an enterprise transformation initiative. The forum provides a rare opportunity to learn from knowledgeable instructors, as well as peers, in a range of industries and regions facing similar challenges.

The forum’s instructors are experienced Advanced Strategies facilitators and trainers. They serve as business innovation experts, providing expertise on best practices to ensure all aspects of the enterprise are addressed for complete transformation. Additionally, the forum will be facilitated by three experienced Terry College faculty, each with advanced knowledge of leading transformation efforts.

The registration fee for the three-day forum is $3,750. To register, go to www.terry.uga.edu/exec_ed/businessanalysis/executive/. The Terry Executive Education Center is located in the Buckhead district of Atlanta, in the One Live Oak Building, 3475 Lenox Road.
