An article in the Wall Street Journal about Doug Peterson’s research into sustainable caviar farming quoted Peterson, an associate professor in the Warnell School of Forestry and Natural Resources.

Talking about the juxtaposition of caviar and UGA football games, Peterson said, “Have you seen the tailgates there? There’s champagne and $150,000 motor homes. This will be perfect.”
