The Ramsey Student Center will hold Fitness Free Week Jan. 7-13 for members to try some of the more than 130 group fitness classes at no charge. Classes include dance, boxing, martial arts, yoga, weight lifting and cycling. Additional information is available online.
The Ramsey Student Center is open weekdays from 6 a.m.-11 p.m., Saturdays from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 11 p.m.
