Harvey Humphries, associate head coach of swimming and diving, received the Richard E. Steadman Award from the College Swimming Coaches Association of America.
The award is given annually in honor of the CSCAA’s former president, Robert E. Steadman, who throughout his 50-year career maintained caring relationships with coaches and athletes. Humphries, a 36-year member of the UGA swimming and diving program as a student-athlete and as a coach, has coached several national champions during his career at UGA.
