Paul Hendrix, a professor in the Odum School of Ecology, received the Lifetime Professional Achievement Award from the Soil Ecology Society at the group’s biannual meeting, held in British Columbia.
The award honors a long-term member of the Soil Ecology Society who has made enduring and outstanding contributions to scientific advancement, student mentoring and service in the field of soil ecology.
The SES is an international organization of researchers, students, environmental professionals and others interested in the advancement and promotion of soil biology and ecology.
