Honey bees have been a subject of teaching and inquiry at UGA for decades, and the College of Agricultural and Environmental Science’s website for its Honey Bee Program allows visitors to learn more about the insects and the research associated with them. Visitors to the site can learn about beekeeping, buying honey from the UGA Honey Bee Lab, the spread of Africanized bees in Georgia as well as the latest news about the program.
