Leonard N. Reid, professor of advertising and associate dean for research and graduate studies in the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, has been named a Fellow of the American Academy of Advertising.
Reid was selected by the academy’s membership for his leadership and contributions to the improvement of advertising education. The AAA Fellow distinction has been conferred on 28 individuals since 1958.
The American Academy of Advertising was established as a professional organization for educators and for professionals who are committed to the development of advertising education and advertising as an academic discipline.
