The Non-Profit Management and Community Service Program has been operated by the Terry College of Business for eight years. The primary focus of the program is strengthening the relationship between the corporate and non-profit sectors.
Developing more effective boards of directors for non-profit organizations through seminars, service, research and consultation is a major goal.
The daylong board-member seminars are described on the Web site; one seminar remains for this academic year, on April 21.
The site also points up the effort to link M.B.A. students with non-profits in need of specific services.
