Mark Harrison received Elmer Math Educator Award

Mark Harrison, a professor of food science in the College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, has received the Elmer Marth Educator Award from the International Association of Food Protection. Harrison was recognized for outstanding service to the public, IAFP and the arena of education in food safety and food protection. The award consists of a plaque and a $1,500 honorarium sponsored by Nelson-Jameson Inc.
