Maureen Grasso, dean of the Graduate School, received the Conference of Southern Graduate Schools Achievement Award for Outstanding Contributions to Graduate Education in the Southern Region. The peer-nominated award is the highest recognition given by the conference to honor the person whose contributions have significantly benefited graduate education in the southern region.
The award was announced at the organization’s annual meeting Feb. 26-March 1 in Norfolk, Va. The recognition includes a $1,000 award.
