Lansing Community College in Lansing, Mich., has made a promise to repay tuition to students who complete a short-term noncredit training program at the school, The Chronicle of Higher Education reported.
The payback offer applies to programs that train pharmacy technicians, customer-service call-center workers, certified quality inspectors and home-technology-integration technicians. Administrators say the program is meant to help bolster enrollment over the next year, the Chronicle reported.
