National Governors Association calls for review of states’ online courses

As the availability of online courses continues to expand, states’ governors should work to review regulations of online courses as a means of quality assurance, according to a brief by the National Governors Association.

Released in January, the brief notes there is a “patchwork” of regulations from state to state. The NGA recommended that states work together to simplify and streamline regulations.
