Peter B. “Bo” Rutledge, American Arbritration Association

Peter B. “Bo” Rutledge, an associate professor in the School of Law, was appointed to serve on an American Arbitration Association delegation to the United Nations’ Commission on International Trade Law. The commission’s mandate is to reduce the disparities in national laws governing international trade, thus furthering the progressive harmonization and unification of the law of international trade.
