Students in isolation

UniversityBusiness.com in an article about the recent spread of the H1N1 virus on college campuses, quoted Liz Rachun, communications coordinator for the University Health Center at UGA. She spoke on why students are reluctant to get tested for the flu because a positive diagnosis means they have to limit contact with others.

“Students don’t want to be isolated, so they don’t come in,” she said.
