Submissions for SEC travel grants are due by Jan. 8 at 5 p.m.
Faculty interested in receiving $2,500 for transportation, room and to travel to another SEC campus from March-December 2013 should send their name, title, UGA unit, discipline, email address, campus address, phone number, a biography of no more than 250 words, host institution information and invitation, planned visitation dates, anticipated activities, statement of benefits and letter of support from UGA unit—in one PDF file via email attachment to jhawks@uga.edu.
Up to four UGA faculty will be selected.
The Southeastern Conference Visiting Faculty Travel Grant Program is intended to enhance faculty collaboration that stimulates scholarly initiatives between SEC universities.
