UGA Gwinnett campus sponsors annual Gwinnett address

Athens, Ga. – The University of Georgia Gwinnett campus is sponsoring the Gwinnett Chamber of Commerce and the Council for Quality Growth as they present the annual State of the County Address on Jan. 16 at 11:30 a.m.

“We are pleased to sponsor Chairman Nash and the Board of Commissioners at this annual event,” said Laura Crawley, assistant vice president for academic affairs and director of the UGA Gwinnett campus. “We look forward to working in conjunction with the Gwinnett Chamber and the Council for Quality Growth to keep Gwinnett moving in a positive direction. As always, UGA is proud to be an active part of the Gwinnett community in promoting economic development and enhancing business growth in the region.”

The address, which takes place at the Gwinnett Center at 6400 Sugarloaf Parkway in Duluth, offers Gwinnett business and community leaders the opportunity to hear from Gwinnett County Board of Commission Chairman Charlotte Nash provide an overview of the county’s plans for 2014 and beyond.
