Two new advisory trustees were chosen by the Arch Foundation for the University of Georgia at the organization’s May meeting in Athens. Elizabeth J. “Betty” Hudson, executive vice president of communications for the National Geographic Society, and Russell C. “Rusty” Lindner, president of Bear Saint Properties, will help the foundation build and sustain its endowment to support the university. Both will serve on the foundation’s Development and Public Affairs Committee in the coming year.
Hudson received her A.B.J. in 1971 in advertising and public relations from UGA and received an honorary doctorate in commercial science from St. John’s University.
Lindner received his M.A. from MIT and a J.D. from George Washington University Law School.
