UGA’s College of Public Health to hold open house Friday

Athens, Ga. – The College of Public Health at the University of Georgia will hold an open house and information session on Feb. 2 at 2:30 p.m. in room 175 of the Paul D. Coverdell Center for Biomedical and Health Sciences. This informational session will include information about undergraduate and graduate degree programs in public health. Various faculty members from each academic area in the college will discuss their department’s degree requirements, current research projects and career opportunities.

“The college has grown tremendously over the past two years,” said Dean Phillip Williams. “The open house is an opportunity for us to share new developments, including new programs and degree options, with prospective students.”
