Well-being coordinator offers free online Pilates, yoga classes

Kizmet Adams, well-being coordinator in Human Resources, will offer Pilates and yoga classes to help people manage stress and feel more focused.

For the week of March 30, all classes will be held from noon-12:45 p.m. The class schedule is as follows:

Monday, March 30: Pilates, Zoom https://zoom.us/j/745316447

Tuesday, March 31: Pilates, Zoom https://zoom.us/j/745316447

Wednesday, April 1: Yoga, Zoom https://zoom.us/j/745316447

Thursday, April 2: No class

Friday, April 3: No class.
