The Chair of the University of Georgia Foundation Trustees, Lynda Courts, has sent a letter to Georgia Attorney General Thurbert Baker regarding open meetings issues.
The following is a statement from Courts: “We are in agreement with the Attorney General’s position as expressed in his letter dated Feb. 26, 2004, and delighted to join him in resolving this particular matter as indicated in the Chair’s response.”
