Athens, Ga. – The Roosevelt Institution, a UGA student think-tank, will hold its annual Roosevelt Policy Symposium featuring Rep. Tom Price on Saturday, April 22, 4-6 p.m. in room 348 of the Student Learning Center. A reception in the reading room will follow. The symposium is open to all students, faculty and staff.
The Roosevelt Institution is a group of over thirty students who research, write and advocate public policy with the aim of influencing national policy to improve the status of the nation and world. The group is supported by the UGA Center for Undergraduate Research Opportunities, Center for International Trade and Security and UGA Libraries.
Members of the Roosevelt Institution will present their research and policy proposals relevant to pressing national issues to their peers and instructors during the symposium.
