The University Employees Federal Credit Union in Athens merged with Georgia Federal Credit Union April 1. This partnership between two Athens credit unions will double the locations and resources currently available to the University of Georgia community.
GFCU currently has a branch location at 190 Gaines School Road and an ATM downtown at College Avenue and Broad Street. The University Employees Federal Credit Union’s branch location is at 1491 South Lumpkin Street, adjacent to the UGA campus.
