I don’t want to sound like I’m trying to kill sports, but I find it hard to believe that someone will say you’re picking on a guy who hit someone over the head with a stick. This is about keeping sports vigorous and safe,” he said. “A prosecutor who takes this on is really going into a minefield, politically and legally.”
