The School of Environmental Design is showcasing an exhibition by Stuart Libby, photographer, painter and printmaker, and owner/proprietor of the now-closed Loblolly Frame Shop and Gallery on Jackson Street. Sculpture, Landscape and Waterscape: Photography and Photo Etchings 1974–2006, is on display until July 31 in Circle Gallery.
Libby relocated to Athens after earning a bachelor of fine arts degree from the San Francisco Art Institute. Black and white photography, acrylic, water colors and printmaking are the techniques that are his forte.
