The Disability Resource Center, a division of Student Affairs, will hold its sixth annual Student and Faculty Recognition Reception from 4-5:30 p.m. on Nov. 8 in the Magnolia Ballroom of the Georgia Center for Continuing Education Conference Center and Hotel. The program will honor the contributions of the 2007-2008 Disability Resource Center scholarship and award recipients as well as recognize outstanding UGA faculty. More than $17,000 in scholarship and award monies will be presented to students. Also, Michael P. Lacy, department head and poultry science professor, will be honored.
