The program will focus on how to design and code HTML e-mail marketing campaigns, how to scientifically analyze and optimize them for maximum impact, how to work around spam filters, e-mail gateways and ISPs as well as how not to get your department blacklisted for spamming.
The technical aspects of building e-mail campaigns, best practices for managing lists and common mistakes to avoid will be discussed, and real case studies-and nightmares-will be shared.
The presentation is hosted by the Campus Web Developers, an on-campus organization focused on sharing tips, techniques and advances in Web development.
