Nominations for the President’s Fulfilling the Dream Awards are due Dec. 4.
The awards will honor individuals from throughout Athens-Clarke County and surrounding areas who have made significant efforts to build bridges of unity and understanding. Award nominations should be based on significant contributions an individual has made toward the spirit of the Martin Luther King federal holiday: equal opportunity and justice for all and/or the nominee’s acts supporting the application of King’s ideology and leadership.

The awards will be presented at the seventh annual Freedom Breakfast on Jan. 15 in the Grand Hall of the Tate Student Center.
