The Office of Sustainability is accepting nominations for the inaugural Sustainable UGA Awards to recognize a student, faculty and staff member who has made a significant contribution toward a more sustainable UGA.
Nominations, available online at www.surveymonkey.com/s/CPXSLWG>, should be one page or less and submitted by individuals other than the nominee. Nominees must have made a positive impact through sustainability leadership, service, education and/or research endeavors. Nominations close April 1.
The awards will be presented at GreenFest 2011, which will be held April 15 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Odum School of Ecology.
