As part of Graduate and Professional Student Appreciation Week March 26-30, the Graduate School is sponsoring an open house from noon-
4 p.m. at its administrative offices at 320 E. Clayton St. Refreshments and door prizes will be offered.
On March 28, artist William Mangum will lead a workshop, “The ART of Doing Business,” at 3:30 p.m. in room 350 of the Miller Learning Center. On March 29 at 4 p.m., the Three-Minute Thesis Competition will be held in the auditorium of the Odum School of Ecology. The event is an opportunity for doctoral students to present their dissertation topic and discuss its significance in a competition encouraging students to effectively and succinctly explain their research in language appropriate for a non-specialist audience.
