The University Health Center will provide walk-in flu shots at a reduced rate to UGA students, faculty, staff, their spouses/partners and dependent children 9 and older on Nov. 19 and 20 from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. in the Allergy Travel Clinic. Cost of the flu shots will be $20 for faculty, staff, dependents and students who have not paid a UGA health fee, or $10 for UGA students who paid their health fee, a savings of $5. UHC accepts cash, credit card, debit card, Payflex and Bulldog Bucks.
A UGA ID card is required for students, faculty and staff. Dependents must be accompanied by a parent or spouse/partner.
Regular appointments will continue through January or while supplies last. Flu shot appointments for faculty and staff are available Tuesdays-Fridays in the Allergy Travel Clinic by calling 706-542-5575. UGA students can schedule flu shot appointments in their primary care medical clinic, or they can receive a shot during a routine visit. Regular flu shot prices are $25 for faculty and staff, and $15 for health fee-paid UGA students.
