University Housing will welcome all new and returning students to UGA Aug. 6 and 7 during Hunker Down with Housing, a volunteer program to streamline the move-in process in residence halls.
Volunteers from the community, students and all UGA staff are invited to help welcome approximately 8,000 new and returning students and parents during the first two days of move-in. Volunteers play vital roles in giving directions to area parking lots, directing traffic and serving as a resource for residents and their families.
