To be effective in the event of an emergency, the university is seeking to identify and support those students, faculty, staff and visitors with a disability who need assistance.
Those with a disability, even if they have not otherwise self-identified or asked for an accommodation, are asked to complete an Emergency Assistance Referral Form if they feel they would need assistance in the event of an emergency.
