The University Health Center is offering flu shots at reduced rates on Nov. 25 and 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on a walk-in basis. The reduced charge is $25 for faculty/staff and $15 for fees-paid students.
In addition to UGA employees, spouses and dependents older than age 9 may also get a flu shot on those two days. The charge is $25. Anyone older than age 16 must have a valid UGA ID to get vaccinated at UHC. Free parking is available in the UHC parking lot.
Payment can be made by cash, check, Bulldog Bucks or debit/credit cards. A receipt will be provided for insurance filing purposes if desired. Medicare claims will be submitted. Find out more information at www.uhs.uga.edu by calling 706-542-5575.
