My understanding is that the Trustees have provided a copy of the report to the Chancellor and the members of the Board of Regents, and that I am being provided a copy. Chancellor Meredith has asked me to provide him with my response to the information in the report, which I will do. It would not be appropriate for me to have further comment until the Board of Regents finishes its review of the report.
