The University Woman’s Club’s next general meeting will be held March 12 in the Fellowship Hall of Alps Road Presbyterian Church, 380 Alps Road, beginning with an 11 a.m. social.
The guest speakers for the program, which will begin at 11:30 a.m., is Brad Averill, a county Extension agent with the College of Family and Consumer Sciences and the UGA Cooperative Extension in Athens-Clarke County. Averill will speak on health and lifestyle wellness.
Additionally, tickets for the UWC 2024 Spring Fashion Show and Luncheon will be on sale. Deadline to purchase tickets, which are required for the event, is March 29.
