University Human Resources announces the 2022 Women’s Staff Leadership Institute. This annual leadership development opportunity for UGA staff members aligns with the Women’s Leadership Initiative launched in 2015.
Through a nomination and selection process, this annual program offers a group of University of Georgia staff members the chance to explore leadership opportunities, reflect upon key leadership traits and skills, and support one another on issues that women in higher education may face. The 2022 Women’s Staff Leadership Institute cohort will meet monthly from April through November to attend workshops and engage in conversation with senior administrators at UGA.
The nomination and selection process will continue through Jan. 31. Any UGA staff member with leadership responsibilities and a specific interest in women’s leadership development is encouraged to consider this program. Deans, vice presidents and senior administrators are encouraged to nominate their staff members.
