Distinguished Research Professor Emeritus Arthur M. (Andy) Horne of the department of counseling and human development services has received the Eminent Career Award from the Association for Specialists in Group Work.
Horne, who retired from the College of Education’s department of counseling and human development services in 2006, currently serves as interim director of the college’s new Educational Policy and Evaluation Center.
The Eminent Career Award is the ASGW’s highest honor and recognizes major contributions made to the field of group work by an ASGW or American Counseling Association member.
