The John Nixon Memorial Bowling League is being formed for UGA faculty, staff and their spouses. League play, which begins Aug. 29, is from 6:10-8:30 p.m. at Showtime Bowling Center (555 Macon Highway). The league will play for 35 weeks, and the cost is approximately $10 a week for the three games bowled but does not include weekly shoe rental.
